Usually current time is best to purchase garlic.
Big quantity new crop starts, meanwhile stock are selling for cash flow.
Market price is cheapest so we can have some deal on year contracts with customers.

so many garlic stockers/speculators on the market, both stock and new crop garlic prices are going up,
estimated prices won't go down in coming 2-3 months.
